Co-led design direction for ProPodnikavé's platform and app redesign, turning a slow, web-only experience into a mobile-first tool that fits how small entrepreneurs actually work day to day. I focused on rebuilding the information architecture, simplifying navigation, and refining core flows so users could quickly find key resources on both web and mobile. Together with the product and development teams, we defined a clear design system and interaction patterns that work consistently across devices, driving a 40% increase in returning users and making the app a reliable part of their daily routine.
